Nearly 20 million Americans live in mobile homes, according to a US Census estimate – so convenient, portable lighting for them is a must. Mr. Beams lights are easy to install and can be installed anywhere, so they’re a perfect match for mobile homes. Here is our guide to lighting your mobile home with our off-grid lights:

How to Light Your Mobile Home With Off-Grid Lights

Interior

-for main areas, like bedrooms and living rooms, we recommend a light that has an on/off option so the light won’t turn on when you’re tossing and turning in bed or want to watch a movie in the dark. Try our ReadyBright system or Spotlight with Remote Control.

-for secondary areas, like kitchens, bathrooms and closets, we recommend our motion-sensing lights so you don’t have to worry about light switches or wiring a light in a closet. Try our Ceiling Light to cover most of the area, Stick Anywhere Lights for steps or hallways and Slim Lights for shelving and cupboards.

Exterior

-for security lighting, we recommend our motion-sensing Spotlight family for doorways, yards and separate buildings, like sheds.

-for outdoor event lighting, we recommend our Spotlight with Remote Control. Turn it on and off when you need it, or set the auto shut-off for one or four hours when you’re expecting a get-together to go into the night.
